Before Tortas Lokas, we were working regular 9-5 jobs, trying to find something that really lit us up. After a while, the search got exausting. One thing we always looked forward to was traveling. Wherever we went, we loved trying new food. But we could never find a spot that made tortas just right. They were good, but never had that true, authentic Mexican flavor we grew up loving.

That’s when we started thinking… what if we created a place that served the kind of tortas we were always craving? The kind that hit just right. So we decided to bring that dream to life with a food truck focused on bold, delicious, authentic tortas.

It definitely wasn’t easy. We ran into a lot of challenges along the way and almost gave up more than once. But we stuck with it, and now we’re so glad we did.
